Warranty

Dalia jewelry is handcrafted by the artist Dalia Katavić using high-quality materials (such as metals, semi-precious stones, etc.).

All Dalia products are covered by a one-year warranty. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will correct the issue as long as your piece of jewelry meets the terms and conditions of the warranty.

All warranty claims will be subject to inspection. If we determine that the defect was not caused by a manufacturing error, we will inform you accordingly.

Warranty and Repair Terms and Conditions:

  • The warranty applies only to damage resulting from the production process that is clearly identifiable. It does not cover damage or deformation caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized servicing, regular wear and tear, or pressure-related deformation (e.g. due to heavy use of the hands or other body parts where the jewelry is worn).

  • The warranty is void if the piece has been modified in any way, including but not limited to engraving, resizing, or repairs carried out by any third party other than the artist Dalia Katavić.

  • If any part of the jewelry (including but not limited to stones, chains, clasps, etc.) has fallen off, all components must be returned together before any repair attempt. We do not accept responsibility for lost stones or jewelry parts.

  • The warranty is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Color changes caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or baths.

  • Scratches, dents, or damage resulting from careless use, abuse, or physical damage to the jewelry.

  • Lost or stolen stones.

  • Jewelry damaged or misused beyond the expected level of normal, daily wear, such as sleeping, bathing, or performing physical labor while wearing the piece.

Please note that the following are inherent characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects:

  • Minor imperfections or size variations, such as small differences in measurements (within tenths of a millimeter).

  • Natural properties of metals or gemstones (e.g., color variations, internal inclusions).

The General Terms of Online Purchase govern the relationship between the Customer and Dalia Made in relation to ordering, product pricing, payment methods, contract cancellation and returns, delivery, data protection, and other aspects of using the dalia-made.com platform and making online purchases.

Dalia Made is obligated to provide written confirmation of receipt for any complaints submitted in person. All complaints will be addressed within the legally prescribed 15-day period.

Jurisdiction
