  • Basic user information (first and last name, address, date of birth, delivery address);

  • Contact information and communication data with Dalia Made (email address, phone number, date, time, and content of postal or email communication, date, time and duration of phone calls, and call recordings);

  • Channel and campaign ā€“ the source through which the user/customer came into contact with Dalia Made (website and advertising campaign or promotion, call center);

  • Information on user orders and issued invoices (date of order receipt and fulfillment, purchased products, prices of purchased products, final order selection, payment method, delivery address, invoice number and issue date, identifier of the person who issued the invoice, etc.) and data related to complaint resolution;

  • Data about the user's use of the controllerā€™s website (dates and times of site visits, pages visited/URLs, time spent on each page, number of pages visited, total time spent on the website, actions on the website), and data about the use of messages received from the seller (emails, SMS);

Data Processing Based on Legal and Contractual Obligations

In situations where the provision of personal data is a contractual obligation, a requirement necessary for concluding and fulfilling a contract with Dalia Made, or a legal obligation, you are required to provide personal data.

For example, if you do not provide personal data (name, surname, delivery address, phone number) to Dalia Made, we will not be able to conclude a Distance Selling Contract with youā€”i.e., fulfill your product orderā€”and consequently, will not be able to deliver the product(s) because we will not have the information of the buyer or the delivery address.

Creating a User Account

To use the Dalia web store platform and place orders through it, you may register as a user. The following data is required for registration: personal data ā€“ email address, username, and password to access the site.

Concluding a Distance Selling Contract

To conclude a distance selling contract, it is necessary to provide delivery information. If the user selects the credit card payment option, card information must be entered on the CorvusPay system website. Dalia Made does not have access to your card data. Dalia Made only receives a notification from the CorvusPay system indicating whether the purchase was approved by the card issuer.

Processing Based on Legitimate Interest

Dalia Made may also process data based on legitimate interest, which is necessary for the improvement of services, unless such interest is overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual whose data is being processed and who requires the protection of personal data.

In cases of legitimate interest, Dalia Made will always make its decision in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purpose of Processing ā€“ Detailed Explanation

General Statistical Processing of Customer and Order Data, as well as Potential Customers (Contacts), for Internal Sales Analysis, Repeat Orders, Aggregate Customer Behavior, Advertising Optimization, and Business Optimization

At Dalia Made, we conduct general statistical processing of customer and order data, as well as data on potential customers (contacts), to perform internal sales analyses, monitor repeat purchases and aggregate customer behavior, and to optimize our business performance and advertising. For example:

  • We monitor how many customers repeat purchases, how often, and at what value

  • We track general sales statistics, such as average cart value, number of items per order, etc.

  • We monitor responses to emails, SMS messages, and various marketing communications (social media, portals, online ads), and based on this, we optimize our advertising (we decide what, where, to whom, and how to advertise)

This type of statistical tracking helps us improve our business and advertising, allowing us to offer better products and services to our customers.

Data on Your Previous Orders

If you contact Dalia Made, our employees may have access to your previous orders and order history in order to provide you with better service.

Processing Data on Unclaimed Distance Orders for the Purpose of Fraud Prevention

Based on our legitimate interest, we process data on shipped but unclaimed distance orders to identify customers who disproportionately order items with cash-on-delivery and then fail to collect them. This results in business losses, which we seek to prevent.

When such customers are identified, we disable the option of cash-on-delivery for future orders. However, they are still able to order products with prepayment via bank transfer or credit card.

Automated Email Communication Based on Incomplete Orders

Based on our legitimate interest, we may occasionally send emails to potential customers who have added products to their cart but did not complete the purchase, in order to offer assistance or provide additional information.

All personal data processed by the Seller on the basis of law will be retained for the period specified by applicable legal regulations.

All personal data processed by the Seller due to a contractual relationship with an individual will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and an additional 5 years after the contract endsā€”unless there is a dispute between you and the Seller regarding the contract. In that case, the Seller will retain the data for 5 years after a final court or arbitration decision or settlement. If no court dispute arises, the data will be retained for 5 years after the date of peaceful resolution.

All personal data processed by the Seller based on the individual's consent or legitimate interest will be retained until the individual withdraws their consent or requests the termination of processing. The Seller will delete this data even before the withdrawal of consent if the purpose of data processing has been fulfilled (e.g., if the Seller discontinues its loyalty program, it will delete all personal data collected for that purpose-even if the individual who gave consent has not withdrawn it) or if required by law.

Contractual Processing of Personal Data

As an individual, you acknowledge and agree that the seller may entrust certain activities involving your personal data to third parties (contractual data processors).
