Refund policy

Dalia jewelry is handcrafted by the artist Dalia Katavić using high-quality materials (such as metals, semi-precious stones, etc.).

All Dalia products come with a one-year warranty. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will correct any identified issues as long as your piece of jewelry meets the warranty terms and conditions.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If we determine that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will inform you accordingly.

Warranty and Repair Terms & Conditions:

  • The warranty applies only to defects caused during the production process that can be clearly identified. It does not cover damage or deformation caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, regular wear and tear, or pressure-related deformation (e.g., from excessive strain on the hand or other body parts where the jewelry is worn).

  • The warranty becomes void if your piece has been altered in any way, including but not limited to engraving, resizing, or repairs performed by anyone other than the artist Dalia Katavić.

  • If any part of the jewelry (including but not limited to stones, chains, clasps, etc.) has fallen off, all pieces must be returned together before any repair attempt. We do not take responsibility for lost stones or parts.

  • The warranty is not transferable to third parties.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Color changes due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or wearing the jewelry in pools, hot tubs, or baths.

  • Scratches, dents, or damage caused by careless use, abuse, or physical impact.

  • Lost or stolen stones.

  • Jewelry that has been damaged or misused beyond what is expected from regular daily wear (e.g., sleeping with jewelry, bathing or doing manual labor while wearing it, etc.).

Please note that the following characteristics are not considered defects but natural features of the product:

  • Minor imperfections and variations in craftsmanship, including millimeter-level differences in measurements.

  • Natural characteristics of the metal or gemstone, such as color variations or internal inclusions.
